H.E. Eng. Ibrahim Abdulrahman Alomar

H.E. Eng. Ibrahim Abdulrahman Alomar is currently the Director-General of the Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation, he was appointed to the role in October 2020.

H.E. Alomar has more than two decades of experience spanning the private and governmental sectors. His previous roles have included Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA); CEO of Bahri, the national shipping company of Saudi Arabia; Chief Product Development Officer at Mobily, and Vice President Al-Jawwal Sector at Saudi Telecom Company (STC).

H.E. Alomar led the establishment of VIVA Bahrain, and held the position of its CEO, he was subsequently appointed as Chairman of the VIVA Bahrain Board of Directors.

He has served as Chairman of the flyadeal Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee of the Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO).

Additionally, H.E. Alomar has served as a member on the Board of Directors of Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation and on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Board of Governors.

H.E. Alomar holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). In addition, he has completed education and training programs at leading business schools, including Harvard, INSEAD and the London Business School.

Ammar Al-Khudairi has more than 30 years of experience General banking, finance and business sectors, including mergers and acquisitions Corporate finance, asset management, corporate banking, and project finance. One of his most notable achievements is his assuming the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Saudi Arabia, which is the largest bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia, which was created as a result of the merger of the National Commercial Bank and Samba Financial Group, of which he served as Chairman Its Board of Directors also served before the merger. Before assuming the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Committee Audit and Managing Director/CEO at Banque Saudi Fransi. He also previously held board memberships In the public and private sectors, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia, and Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia, Allianz Cooperative Insurance and many other companies, and he also previously carried out Membership in some governmental bodies such as the Industrial Estates Authority and the Real Estate Development Fund.

He currently serves as a member of the boards of a number of institutions in the public and private sectors, most notably the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors The Saudi Venture Investment Company, the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spimaco Company, and a membership in the Board of Directors Almarai, the Saudi Investment Fund Company, and he is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amwal Capital Partners, a company Asset management company based in Dubai and Riyadh.

He also serves as an advisor to the High-Level Advisory Council of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC). He holds the position of independent consultant in the McKinsey Consulting Group.
