Saudi Arabia’s Alkhorayef Industries Company, reaffirming its strong commitment to Iraq’s industrial and agricultural development, has inaugurated a new factory in Iraq. The facility, launched with an initial annual production capacity of 1,500 irrigation systems, underscores the company’s dedication to supporting Iraq’s food security and water sustainability goals.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Khaled Batal Al-Najm, Iraq’s Minister of Industry and Minerals, together with the Deputy Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Iraq and a distinguished delegation from the embassy. They were received by His Excellency Engineer Mohammed bin Abdullah Alkhorayef, Chairman of Alkhorayef Industries, accompanied by the company’s administrative and technical team.
In his remarks, the Minister highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation between Alkhorayef Industries and the Ministry of Industry and Minerals. Engineer Mohammed bin Abdullah Alkhorayef provided a detailed overview of the project and personally guided the dignitaries on a tour of the factory’s departments.
